- Yes. No hidden fees. We do NOT charge any personalization fee for Color Photo Crystals and Laser Engraved Photo Crystals.
- Is the image proof free, How long do you need to send image proof?
- Yes. Image proof is free. We normally send out image proof in 1 business day.
- What is a rush service? How to add rush service when I place an order?
- Rush service allow us to ship the order order in 1 or 2 business days. You can either call us at 949-727-9758 or email us for the rush delivery
- How do I order online?
- Browse the categories, select the product you want and add it to cart. For personalized photo crystal, you can choose the crystal type you want, upload your picture online and edit text in our design canvas, or send it to customerservice@goodcount.com before adding it to your shopping cart. Complete all the steps in the checkout process until you submit your order and see a sales receipt shown on the page. We prefer orders be placed online. If it is difficult for you to order online, please call our toll free number 877-615 5176 to order over the phone.

Shipping
- Where do you ship?
- We ship to all 50 states in U.S. and part of the Canada.
- What shipping methods are available?
- We ship via FedEx and USPS Priority in general.

- What payments do you accept?
- We accept credit card and paypal, for corporate acct., we accept check and wiring as well .
- Why was my credit card transaction declined?
- Most likely, it is because of a typo in input. Sometimes could be that you reached card spending limit, in which case, please contact your bank

- In homepage, click “more” tab, and click the gift certificate in the drop down list.
Return Policy
- What is your return policy?
- Goodcount.com was founded with our customers best interest in mind. We offer a 14-day return or replacement on all online purchases if the product has defects. Re-shipping charges apply to all replacements or exchanges. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return.

- No, we don’t store any credit card info in our own server.
- Is it safe to order online from your site?
- Yes, we use liquid web server, which has one of the highest web safety ranking among all server provider, we also monitor the website frequently to make sure not suspicious activities. We have in business for over 10 years and have not have any issue with the web security
- Is my information safe with you?
- Yes, we only store customer name, contact info., and previous orders. We don’t store your credit card or bank info so you are safe.
