We have now used Goodcount for three retirement gifts and they have all turned out wonderfully. This time, I was having trouble and they told me just to send in the language we wanted and they designed it for us. They are responsive by phone and email, and we are super pleased. They even had a super fast turnaround time, which enabled us to give this gift to the retiree during her retirement party last night. She LOVED it!
