Goodcount.com’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Goodcount.com’s, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Goodcount.com. The products samples on this website are not for sale, you must upload you own photos to receive your personalized gift products. The samples images on this website can not be used to make fine art prints, including but not limited, on a web site, in a magazine, book or booklet, flyer, or any other advertising and promotional material, in either printed or electronic media.

When you use the service, you represent and warrant to Goodcount.com that you either own your Content or have written permission from the copyright owner to make such Content available to the Service.

Use of Site

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Goodcount.com. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Goodcount.com are made pursuant to our Standard Policies. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms and Taxes

All payments must be made by Paypal, Google checkout, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and government credit cards (each of which may be removed by Goodcount.com in its sole discretion). Unless expressly set forth on the Goodcount.com site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT GOODCOUNT.COM, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Your account is charged before your product is shipped. Unless you notify Goodcount.com of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes. If Goodcount.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Goodcount.com or its agents, you are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. Goodcount.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California unless we have promotion of sales tax exemption.

Return Policy and Procedure

We are confident that our products will meet or exceed your expectation. We offer a 14-day return or replacement on all online purchases for products that have defects. Re-shipping charges apply to all replacements or exchanges. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for returns.
